Zinneken’s, named after Belgium’s Zenne River, has been a student favorite for its authentic Belgian waffles by 640 Comm. Ave. However, this food truck is just Zinneken’s one of four locations introducing original Belgian waffles to Greater Boston and New England.
Anh-Phi Tran, the Managing Partner of Zinneken, shared his journey to mobilize Belgian waffles.
