Brookline residents are calling for more regulations on New England Treatment Access (NETA) – Boston’s first recreational marijuana dispensary. Nearly 900 residents signed a petition to hold a special town meeting to discuss concerns. Among other petitions, residents are proposing NETA closes 3 hours earlier at 7 p.m. instead of 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday and at 6 p.m. on Sunday. The Town Select Board will hear complaints on Nov. 19. Antonia DeBianchi reports.
