Pre-sale tickets for Taylor Swift’s “Eras” tour went on sale Tuesday morning. However, many fans experienced long delays and crashes on the Ticketmaster website. Some fans also faced scammer websites claiming to sell tickets and sending fake confirmation emails. Isabelle Durso talks to BU students who tried and failed, to secure tickets and what students think about these scammer websites.
