Caffè Paradiso in Boston’s North End is adjusting to a new normal while maintaining old traditions. The caffè has been a Hanover Street staple for 59 years, says owner Adriana De Stefano, since it was started by her parents in the 1960s. In 2020, despite changes due to COVID-19, it’s still a place where the community comes together over coffee. BU News Service photographer Xiaohan Wu shares her story.
