As of January 2019, Massachusetts had more than 18,000 people experiencing homelessness, enough to fill half of Fenway Park. Since quarantine began, job loss and evictions have increased homeless populations in cities like Lowell. Daphne Mark of BU News Service and BUTV10 visited a local recovery support center to report.
