Retro-pop duo Joan brought “The Wave Tour” to Brighton Music Hall in Boston, joined by indie-pop band The Wldlfe as the opener, on March 28, 2022. The Arkansas-based duo, made up of Alan Benjamin Thomas and Steven Rutherford, is known for their revival of ’80s and ’90s nostalgia in tunes written for the modern-day audience.
