BOSTON — It was a week before the 123rd Boston Marathon. WTBU reporter, Rachel Rock, was interested in the challenges facing runners who travel across time zones to run in Boston. Rock sat down with Dr. Steve Amira Ph.D., a consulting psychologist to the Brigham and Women’s research lab on sleep and circadian medicine.
