Every Tuesday and Thursday night from August through October, the tennis courts behind Nickerson Field are overtaken by seventy people standing in lines. Why? Because they are the musicians of the BU Marching Band, and that’s what they do. BU News Service reporter Meg Boeni goes behind the brass to find out what makes for an effective band practice.
