Ethopian Lelisa Desisa raced to the finish for the win with a time of 2:10:22, just five seconds ahead of second place finisher Micah Kogo of Kenya, and six seconds ahead of third place finisher Gebregziabher Gebremariam also of Kenya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Women&#8217;s race wasn&#8217;t as close with Kenya&#8217;s\u00a0Rita Jeptoo finishing more than 30 seconds before runner-up\u00a0Meseret Hailu with a time of 2:26:25.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Men&#8217;s Wheelchair race was won by\u00a0Hiroyuki Yamamoto of\u00a0Japan with a time of\u00a01:25:33.
