After months of tour cancellations and postponements, artists are finally arriving in Boston to showcase their long-awaited concerts.

Boston University News Service contributor Matthew Lutkins visited alternative folk singer Clairo at the House of Blues Boston on Feb. 27, 2022 and snapped some photos of her subdued yet spirited performance.

Claire Cottrill, 23, made her debut in the music industry as Clairo in 2017. Two years later she released her first official album, “Immunity.” This year, Clairo is touring for her sophomore project, “Sling,” a ’70s folk-inspired album released in June of 2021.
