The majority of Question 4’s coverage this election season concerns the integrity of voting and immigration. However, the Personal Care Assistance program, a MassHealth program that provides personal care services for those who qualify, would benefit greatly from its passage. Emma Picht spoke with Charlie Carr, a disability rights activist, about the day-to-day impact the passage of Question Four could have on those who need at-home care and the healthcare professionals who work in this program.
