49 bands, three days, two venues, and a certified “NICE” time. That’s what fans can expect from the second annual NICE music festival in Somerville this July.
The festival will take place primarily at two indoor venues in Somerville’s Davis Square and is not expected to close nearby roads or sidewalks or require increased public safety presence. Festival organizers have applied for a permit to host an open market nearby the venues, but that permit has not yet been approved. WTBU reporter Julia Ermi has more.
