Governor Baker is moving Massachusetts into the next phase of its reopening plan, opening indoor performance venues and removing capacity limits for restaurants.

Only some of these measures will go into effect in Boston. Local officials are holding back on reopening indoor performance venues for a few more weeks, seeing the state’s reopening as premature. Epidemiologists and public health experts are also urging caution.

Still, capacity limits for indoor dining have been removed for restaurants in Boston. Where do restaurant owners stand?
